H.Y.P.E. Leadership – Leading Self & Others for High Performance

Methodology (Heighten Your Performance Excellence) empowers leaders to master self-leadership first—building resilience, adaptability, and a high-performance mindset—before inspiring and elevating those around them. Led by Kate Naess (Doughty), Paralympian, psychologist, and performance expert, this program provides the tools to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. By focusing on both personal excellence and team empowerment, participants will learn to navigate challenges, foster a culture of resilience, and drive sustained success. Because true leadership isn't just about the hand you're dealt—it's about how you lead yourself and others to play it at the highest level.
